We offer you two large, executive 3 bedroom luxury apartment houses - perfect for couples, families and large groups. We can cater for large families or groups of up to 12 - or just 2! Any configuration is possible, please just ask us, we'd love to help!

• With 4 kilometres of long white beach, you can always find a spot to relax in your own piece of paradise.

• Launch your boat into the best fishing waters on KI or take part in the many activities on hand.

• Emu Bay has everything from fishing to 4X4 sightseeing tours where you can come face to face with the local wildlife. Whilst there are no shops in Emu Bay, the main town of Kingscote is only 15mins. away.

• As this is a country area,  all properties are on rainwater only.

• A No-Party Policy applies to all of our properties for your peace of mind.

• Although we do love animals, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE ON KANGAROO ISLAND: Please help protect our pure, Ligurian bees. It is against Government regulations to bring honey or bee products to Kangaroo Island. WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER -

• Birubi Apartments each have a huge 232sqm of living space, are side by side and feature ultra modern decor, 3 large bedrooms (2 x queen & 1 x twin), 2 huge bathrooms, spacious layout and spectactular uninterrupted views over the water and lovely long white beach. The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet's delight with dishwasher, m/wave and european appliances. Each can accommodate six people with luxurious comfort, are completely private and they are located only 100mtrs from the jetty, boat ramp and the beach. Perfect for that family holiday, romantic escape or a large group reunion for up to 12 - What more could you want!!

 

WHAT WE PROVIDE -

• All bedlinen, towels, handtowels, facewashers, bathmats and teatowels

• Small bathroom amenities

• All detergent for the kitchen and dishwasher

• Starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk

• Supply of clingwrap, foil and baking paper and handtowel

• Salt and pepper grinders

• fully equipped kitchen - utensils, crockery, glasses, baking dishes etc.

 

USEFUL INFORMATION -

• Kangaroo Island is much larger than most people realise and we do recommend staying more than 3 days to have time to see and experience everything our Island has to offer.

• Emu Bay has become one of the most popular family destinations on the Island and yes, the roads to Emu Bay are all sealed.

• Although there are no shops in Emu Bay, the main town of Kingscote is only a short 15min drive away.

• All of our properties are guaranteed to be exceptionally clean, comfortable and are exactly as described - we do everything ourselves to an extremely high standard .

• Although Kingscote is the nearest location for shopping and wireless internet connection, this is only 15mins. away. Kingscote Foodland is open weekdays 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

• General Kingscote shopping centre hours are from 9am to 5.30pm weekdays and from 9am to 12noon on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

• In January some outlets have extended hours to cater for visitors.

• Whilst we do appreciate that Island departure times may vary, for the benefit of all guests, check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 10am.
