A $250.00 refundable Bond per property may also apply.

(If both homes are included in one booking).

Bookings are subject to Free Cancellation up until 14 days prior to arrival, thereafter a 100% Cancellation Fee applies. (Except when discounted rates are booked, 100% Cancellation Fees apply at all times)

All Bookings are subject to a non-refundable Service Fee of $30.00 (included in the total cost).
